Vic Hills 

Hello my name is Vic, I am the owner of No Limits Gym. I have been training people for over 25 years, from total beginners to elite standard athletes. Exercise has always been a big passion of mine and something close to my heart. I am a great believer in balance and being able to help my clients fall in love with exercise, achieve their health and fitness goals whilst still being able to enjoy their life. 

Being a competitive athlete for most of my life, I also enjoy helping others reach their full potential in their sport.

The gym he has created is amazing. It's a safe welcoming space with some amazing pieces of kit. I started off wanting to lose weight to look good and working with Vic has changed my entire mentality. My health, physically and mentally, has massively improved. He's given me the confidence to go from being too scared to step foot in a public gym to now seeking out gyms wherever I am.
